Tickets for the Gent Jazz Festival 2013 are available in presale online via Gent Jazz Festival – Tickets and in the different Fnac stores.
Program change:
As Bobby Womack’s concert was rescheduled to July 15, there will be no concerts on July 21. Tickets for July 21 can be traded free of costs for a ticket for July 15. You can also trade your ticket for another festival day, with exception of the Special Night on July 13. You can also get a refund. This arrangement is valid until June 1.
Pay attention: no concerts will take place on July 21. In order to trade your ticket or get a refund for your Fnac Ticket, please send it by post after contacting us by sending an e-mail to tickets@gentjazz.com or by calling 09/324 42 30 (only during office hours).
You can trade your digital tickets or get a refund for it. Please contact tickets@gentjazz.com and mention your name, e-mail address (with which you booked your tickets), and your personal data.
Discounts:
- Children aged 2 and under: free entrance (available only at the box office).
- Children aged 3 to 12: € 5,00 (available only at the box office).
- Carers accompanying disabled visitors who require assistance: free entrance (available only at the box office).
