  • Tickets for people with reduced mobility

People with limited mobility can reserve their tickets (a maximum of 2 tickets) for the weelchair platform through this link. After selecting that category you will be asked to fill in a form, provided by INTER to book your spot on the weelchair platform. Please note! Your reservation on the wheelchair platform is only final after approval from an INTER staff member. Reservations can only be made if you can prove your disability with a European blue parking card or other official document. The platform is not only available for wheelchair users. People with mobility problems (due to disability or illness), people with dwarfism, the blind and visually impaired, ... are eligible for these tickets.

  • Accessibility during the festival

As the organizer of Gent Jazz, we place great importance on making the festival accessible to visitors with disabilities. The following facilities will be available:

    Reserved parking:
There is a reserved parking area available close to the festival. The number of spaces is limited, so be sure to request this in time via the application form.

    An alternative entrance:
At the main entrance of the festival, an alternative entrance is available, on the far left. This entrance is accessible and less crowded. One companion may accompany the person with a disability through this entrance.

Sufficient rest areas/seating for those with limited mobility:
There will be several rest areas with seating throughout the festival grounds. Please note that bringing your own folding chair is not allowed.

If you are not a wheelchair user, you can purchase tribune tickets for each concert. These seats are accessible via stairs. Some concerts also offer seating on the main floor. Check carefully which ticket best suits your needs.

    Wheelchair platform:
A wheelchair platform is available at the main stage. Specific tickets are required for this. See the section 'Tickets for visitors with limited mobility' for more information.

    Accessible sanitary facilities:
Each toilet area at the festival will have an accessible toilet. There is also an accessible toilet near the VIP area, accessible by lift.

    Assistance:
During the festival, you can rely on Inter assistants.
This assistance may include: help with using the toilet, getting around, eating, and more. Do not hesitate to approach an assistant if you need help. You can find them at the wheelchair platform of the Tent. They can be recognized by their white vests with the Inter logo.

Would you like to use the above facilities or need additional assistance during Gent Jazz? Fill in the Inter application form before July 1, 2025.

Advance registration is very important so we can provide the best possible support.
