Tickets for people with reduced mobility
As the organiser of Gent Jazz, we attach great importance to making the festival accessible to everyone.

We provide:
- An alternative entrance for visitors with disabilities
- A wheelchair platform (reserved for wheelchair users + max. 1 companion, due to limited capacity)
- Sufficient resting areas and chairs for people with limited mobility
- Accessible sanitary facilities
- Reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities
- Assistance dogs are welcome
Are you a wheelchair user? Purchase your ticket via this link to access the wheelchair platform.
Are you less mobile or do you need a seat due to your disability? You can buy a seated ticket through the regular ticketing channels. For standing concerts, you can request a seat via [email protected].
Would you like to use the reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities? You can request this via [email protected] until 30/06/2026.

Please note: if you cannot present valid proof of disability, we cannot guarantee your place on the wheelchair platform.
